70’s Wellington Leathers. Tooled/Stamped western design on top half and on cuffs. Color is between camel and saddle brown. This is such a beautiful rare piece! Leather is broken in. Has plenty of wear and some scuffs plus minor fading but is still intact. Lining is is great shape as well. Cuff button missing on right sleeve.
