Just like the Native Americans and western cowboys wear bolo ties, Argentinian cowboys called, “gauchos” wear bandanas or silk scarves around their necks. They use these beautifully artisan-made pieces of jewelry to secure their neck scarves in place.
Every time I travel to Argentina to visit my family I pick some up from an artisan fair in Mendoza.
They go quickly so order online or pick one up at our shop.
I only get them in once every couple of years!
